  1. Teens Trash NFL Football Player House Aug. 31, 2013 · Ex-NFL player Brian Holloway’s upstate NY home was trashed by hundreds of partying drunken teens. Tweets showed people were promoting the illicit party a full five days before the attack. Parents threatened to sue Holloway for releasing names of suspected participants.
  2. Damage $400,000 4 vehicles August 31, 2013 Hit and Run $400,000 Damage to Visalia Car Dealership  In Fresno CA-area Visalia, at 4 a.m. a Maxima crashed into the car lot, hitting a pole, igniting a fire and shearing off a fire hydrant. 4 Silverado pickups were on fire, and there was $400,000 in damage. The vandals left the scene and were not caught.

  1. Macalester College Foreign Exchange student Killed At Crosswalk August 29, 2013 Cleo Thiberge, 19, had arrived in the United States the day before as an exchange student from France at Macalester college. She was run over and pinned down by a tire of an SUV driven by Danielle Jeanne Keller and died 3 days later. Keller, age 28, was sentenced to 25 days in jail, home detention or work program, plus a  $150 fine a year of probation for a year.
  2. Army Vet Shoots Cop At Traffic Stop With 3 Kids In Car August 29, 2013 State Trooper Matt Zistel, 26, made a routine traffic stop for speeding 100 miles east of Portland, Oregon. The driver of the car, 34-year-old former Army Reserve construction engineer John Van Allen his three children in the car – a 10-year-old girl and two boys, ages 13 and 15. Allen got out and shot at Zistel with a handgun, hitting the trooper in the side. Zistel managed to return fire and hit Allen in the chest, who died from his wounds after driving away.


Diana the Huntress Holy War On Mexico Bus Drivers August 28, 29 2013 A woman who calls herself "Diana, the Hunter" killed at least two bus drivers in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The woman wore either hair dyed blond or wearing a blond wig In both cases, the shooter  boarded the buses and shot the drivers point blank. In an e-mail sent to media, she claims she is avenging bus drivers who have raped vulnerable women, especially those who work in the "maquiladora" auto assembly plants owned by American and other foreigners. Bus service has suffered as nearly half of drivers have been too afraid to drive routes in the city.

August 27, 2013 Towncar Clips Minivan in Kirkland Rollover Crash Kirkland, Washington. Emil Rafikov (common Russian name) age 29 was speeding in a black Lincoln Towncar (standard color for limousines for hire often driven by immigrants) when he allegedly lost control, and clipped (or rammed) the back of a Dodge Caravan before rolling over his Towncar and landing in a ditch. The Caravan was totaled but the woman was not injured. Rafikov was booked into King County jail for investigation of vehicular assault. Drugs and alcohol were factors in the crash. In September another Bellevue Audi on Meth Rams and kills BMW driver by ramming it in the rear.


  1. August 25, 2013 Pittsburgh North Side Girls Beat Woman Calling Her Racial Slurs  Pittsburgh North Side: Ginger Slepski suffered multiple injuries, including torn shoulder ligaments. She was savagely beaten after the girls threw a bottle at her car on Concord Street and she stopped to confront them. “I was mad. I knew they were younger. I thought they were in their early 20s. I got out and said, ‘What is your problem?’” Slepski said. All four African-American girls then called her names before getting physically violent. “They yelled, ‘Shut up white [expletive].’ The other said, ‘Get that white [expletive],’” Slepski said. Slepski said she tried to get back into her car but the girls grabbed her by the hair

August 25, 2013 Naked Man Manhattan Stabbing Spree Awoke Mad At The World In Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City, 23 year old Christian Falero broke into a nearby apartment to get a 7 inch kitchen knife,  and attacked four people in his apartment building shouting about a moderate earthquake which had just shook the area and the end of the world.  He then took off his clothes and ran into the street where he punched another woman in the face. Two victims died,  Ignacio Reyes-Collazo, 81, and Yigao Chen, 60 who was stabbed in her eyes and chest.Reyes-Collazo's wife, Margarita, was injured but survived.  Falero was charged with attempted murder and assault. His lawyer asked for a psychological examination for his client.

1 killed by cop August 23, 2013 Edmond Fair Killed in Brooklyn Center Officer Involved Shooting 24 year old Edmond Fair was pulled over driving a minivan about 2 a.m. on Aug. 23 after they were asked to leave a Motel 6 that called police to help with unruly guests. Fair told officers about a for his role in the 2011 kidnapping and alleged rape of a woman, where he had admitted to kidnapping but the rape charge was dropped, and officers he did not want to go back to jail. Fair fought off Soliday and his partner when they tried to handcuff him when he grabbed one of their Tasers and shocked them both before Soliday shot him. Soliday shot Fair when he reach for his partner's gun.  Edmond's family filed a lawsuit, later dismissed claiming “during a routine traffic stop, and without any justification or defense, Defendant Ryan Soliday shot and killed a defenseless and handcuffed Edmond Fair.” According to witnesses in the van, Soliday wrapped his arms around Fair’s upper body and neck, and the other officer fired Taser darts into Fair’s side. As Fair tried to take the darts out of his body, Soliday pulled Fair away from the van and “without any warning” sent the helpless and handcuffed Fair to the ground with a gunshot to the chest. In 2014, U.S. District Court Judge David Doty ruled Officer Ryan Soliday was justified in using deadly force.

Two Black Teens Beat WWII Veteran To Death In Spokane
88 year Delbert "Shorty" Belton a retired aluminum company worker was brutally attacked in the parking lot of his Eagle lodge Wednesday night. Two black teens beat the man with large flashlights. Some are linking this to shooting of Chris Lane, and the president and civil rights industry given black youth a reason to attack whites.

Oakland Youths Street Shooting on Dashcam
August 20, 2013 Two Oakland youths are caught on a dashcam firing handguns at passing cars, including the driver of the car with a camera. It was described on one of many common robberies, blamed on high levels of violence. But there was no robbery, the intent appears to simply be a terrorist attack with the cover story of gang violence. 


August 20, 2013 Cab driver Mohammed Faysal Himon stated that he was put into a fit of rage by bicycle messenger bike messenger Kenneth Olivo. He lost control of his car, jumped the curb and hit British tourist Sian Green, 23 who lost a leg. Some bloggers and comments blamed the religion of the driver, others blamed the bicyclist who had a troubled record.

Bethell Vermont. Three grain cars had two of three cars brakes deliberately released, apparently an act of felony vandalism or sabotage. It caused the cars to run away, rolling past the end of a spur and derailing causing a crash with $30,000 in damage. In Canada, the Lac-Mégantic derailment destroyed the center of small town when oil cars ran away when their air brakes were released without explanation, and exploded when they derailed and burned. Terrorism was ruled out in that case.

with a gun and shot Middlebrook.

Pickup Crosses Over Median To Hit Vegas-Bound Bus An Eagle tours bus with 30 tourists from China was struck in the side by an oncoming pickup truck which crossed over the median and overturned. The pickup driver was killed. The bus drove into the desert. Bus driver Jimmy Ming Giang, suffered major injuries and airlifted to Las Vegas, four bus passengers and the tour bus guide received minor injuries.

Indian Diesel Submarine Explodes Indian Navy diesel submarine INS Sindhurakshak exploded and burned, igniting some weapons aboard. 18 sailors were missing as some bodies have been recovered.The 16 year old submarine had just spent the past 2 years being upgraded and refitted. Though there were no direct indications of sabotage, it was not being ruled out as a possibility as it was preparing for an armed patrol near Pakistan.


Foreign Policy Journal Nearly 500 Dead Anti-Morsi Anti-Christian Violence  As of this morning, at least464 people are dead in Egypt after a day of violent clashes that began as the Egyptian military stormed protest camps supporting ousted President Mohamed Morsy. The dead include 43 police, according to the government, but are overwhelmingly civilians. At least three journalists have also been killed .. Morsy-supporters staged reprisals, attacking government buildings, police stations, and Coptic churches.

Fuaed Abdo Ahmed Louisiana Bank Standoff 20-year-old man, Fuaed Abdo Ahmed who had a handgun and rifle took women and a man hostage at the St Joseph branch of a bank in Louisiana. Ahmed released on hostage. After he told police he would kill the hostages, police stormed the bank, and shot two hostages killing one and the other died in the hospital. Police believe it was a planned attack and not a bank robbery as Ahmed had books about hostage negotiations. Police believe he was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. He had complained of voices in his head, and angry at people who were "mean to him" including his ex-girlfriend and had a chip implanted in his head.Ahmed was an American-born son of parents from Yemen who owned a convenience store in town. His facebook profile had posted an image of a man attacking a tank with a quote about "tyranny", and a cartoon about a hostage situation, and had indicated an interest in Islam, and had made a recent trip to Dubai. Police stated they did not any evidence of direct connections to events and threats in Yemen to American interests.

  1. Transit Driver Shot in Downtown Seattle by Martin Anwar Duckworth Thirty-one-year-old Martin Anwar Duckworth, shot Metro bus driver Deloy Dupuis in a downtown Seattle bus. Police chased the gunman as he pointed his gun to board another bus. Officers shot him through the windows, and he died of his injuries. Other drivers had seen him previously pacing about and yelling about "War!" "Anwar" is a common Arabic name, the same as Anwar al-Awlaki, the 9-11 and Fort Hood imam targeted by a drone strike. No motive has been determined.

Seattle Homeless Black Man With Gun Demands White Apology Chikwanha Eastling Nyashanu, a 35 year old homeless black man walked up to a man at Green Lake Park in Seattle, and pointed a gun at a white man's face demanding an apology for all things that white people had done to black people, and turned down an offer of this wallet. 3 or 4 others had similar reports. He is being held on $500,000 bail after being arrested. Officers believe believe the victim was threatened based on his perceived race and color. Nyashanu has a history of weapons offenses since 2002. Chikwanha and Nyashanu are both common names in Zimbabwe Africa, formerly known as Rhodesia when it was ruled by a white government.

August 10, 2013 Bernard F. Poston Jr Accidental Shotgun Killing of Friend Bernard F. Poston Jr took a shotgun out of a closet and thinking it was not loaded, pointed at his friend Regino Manuel Nitti in his St. Paul apartment. The gun accidentally went off, hitting Nitti in the shoulder, and he stayed to apply pressure on the wound, but he left without calling 911 after the victim started to spit up blood, and he died of his injuries. Poston pleaded guilty to secon-degree manslaughter. He was issued a prison sentence of 57 months, but stayed the sentence and ordered 1 year in county jail, and 10 years probation if he behaves.

Truck crashes fence at JBER Alaska Air Force Base August 7, 2013 In Anchorage Alaska, a stolen truck rammed a police patrol car, ran over a spike strip and rammed the fence at Joint military Base Elemendorf-Richardson before being caught on foot by police. The driver and a passenger were injured in the crash. (Air Force Times)

In Zanzibar Two men on a motorbike threw acid on the British volunteer teachers Katie Gee and Kirstie Trup, both 18 years old. Arrested was Islamist preacher Sheikh Issa Ponda Issa who has ties to Islamic militants. Officials have not determined a motive but some have speculated they may have been attacked because they were Jewish by militant Islamists who have attacked moderate imams and murdered Catholic priests.

At the Catholic school attended by the young Barack Obama, a motorcycle came up to the outer walls of the school and threw two Molotov cocktails inside, presumably by a militant Islamist. 

On 7 August 2013, a fire broke out inside the main terminal building at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in NairobiKenya, destroying two of the three units contained in the building. No one was killed, but two people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.[1] Incoming flights were divered to Uganda, Tanzania, and other airports in Kenya.[2]  Possible terrorism was an initial concern because the fire occurred on the fifteenth anniversary of the terrorist bombings of United States embassies in Kenya and Tanzania plus the fact that Kenya has been involved in an armed conflict with Al-Shabaab in neighboring Somalia. Investigators, however, soon ruled out terrorism as the cause of the fire.[7]

    Reptile Store Owner Says His Python Got Away And Killed 2 Sleepover Guest Boys  
    In Campleton, New Brunswick Canada an escaped python killed 2 young boys "Reptile ocean" shop owner Jean-Claude Savoie invited children of a friend, 2 brothers Connor and Noah Barthe, aged six and four to an outing on his farm, and a sleepover in his apartment above his shop. Netizens speculate it looks like a suspicious murder case with the snake being only a cover story.

    1. St Paul MN Ray Widstrand  was beaten as he walked through a crowd  He suffered severe, potentially fatal brain swelling and was initially placed in a medically induced coma. He is now recovering, some have speculated it might be racially motivated. Police have assigned 30 officers targeting groups of disorderly youth in the Eastern District.

    August 3, 2013 Kidnapping of Hannah Anderson at Sweetwater High School in National City, California. 16-year-old Hannah Anderson was abducted after cheerleading practice by 40-year-old James Lee DiMaggio who was infatuated with the girl, and had invited her mother Christina Anderson and brother Ethan Anderson as overnight guests at his home the previous evening. The bodies of the mother and brother were later found in DiMaggio's burned home. DiMaggio drove with her to Cascade, Idaho on August 10, a week after she was abducted. Dimaggio and Hannah were seen hiking in Idaho and briefly talked with some other people who contacted authorities after finding the "amber alert car" heavily camouflaged with tree branches. DiMaggio was killed by FBI agents during a shootout On or about the afternoon of August 3, 2013,[1] 16-year-old Hannah Anderson (born July 22, 1997)[2][3] was abducted after cheerleading practice from Sweetwater High School in National City, California.[4] The suspect was later identified by authorities as 40-year-old James Lee DiMaggio, owner of a home in Boulevard, California, about an hour away
