Sometimes accidents aren't accidents. Why do so many crimes and accidents look like random unconnected attacks with no apparent cause or link to a political motive?

The victims were Kalajian deceased wife's sister and brother-in-law... Witnesses told police a man was sitting in his car at the cemetery when three family members in their 60s arrived. The family members, including a woman who was using a walker, went to a grave, police said. The gunman got out of the car and quickly shot two of the family members before killing himself.  Kalajian's wife was buried at the Bellevue Cemetery after she died in 2011. The anniversary date of her death is Jan. 3
