Sometimes accidents aren't accidents. Why do so many crimes and accidents look like random unconnected terrorist attacks except with no apparent cause or link to a political motive?

In the United States, a 14-year-old shoots two students, who were hospitalized in stable condition, in the Madison Local School cafeteria. Two other teenagers are injured, none seriously. 1 killed, 1 arrested mock terrorist is probably just mentally ill February 29, 2016 Gulchekhra Bobokulova Jihadist Moscow Nanny Was Just Crazy Not a Terrorist Nanny Gyulchehra Bobokulova from Uzbekistan was arrested after setting fire to her apartment decapitating 4-year-old Anastasia Meshcheryakova and wandering the streets of Moscow for 20 minutes while waving the child's head and yelling "I am a terrorist!" and an Arabic phrase while threatening to “blow everyone up”. She told authorities that she was inspired by watching beheadings posted online by extremists.and that her god told her to do it in revenge for Putin's bombs in Syria Authorities discounted the possibility of a terrorist motive as she was schizophrenic. A Kremlin spokesman warned that "one needs to treat the words of such an unstable woman accordingly.” Authorities believe she will not face trial because she is obviously insane and only pretending to be a terrorist and not responsible for her actions.
