You might be a terrorist if you shoot the commanding officer of an Air Force base.

2 killed suspect suicide, ruled not terrorism April 8, 2016  San Antonio Lackland Air Force Base Shooting Two men killed in an apparent murder-suicide at Lackland Air Force Base. Steven D. Bellino killed his commander at at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. He had two glock pistols. He had served served multiple tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo and Kuwait, and 2 years before quitting the FBI, He joined the Air Force in June 2015 training for elite units in Air Force Special Operations Command. He had faced court martial for going AWOL after being forced to quit swimming training under humiliating circumstances on video. When he returned to base on a pretext to accept a non-judicial punishment, he brought two guns and confronted and fought his commanding officer shooting him three times in one arm and once in the head, the newspaper said. His online memorial says  "Steven was dedicated to the military and a true American".

Victime Commander, Lt. Col. William A. Schroeder, 39, spotted Bellino with a gun and told the noncommissioned officer, a first sergeant, to run, the Express-News reported, citing the blog. Bellino fired an errant shot at the first sergeant, then fought with his commander, shooting him three times in one arm and once in the head, the newspaper said.
