Cederrius Hastings, father to an 8-month-old baby, died in a drive-by style shooting, where three other teenagers were also shot and wounded about 12:30 a.m. Friday. Hastings’ family told Channel 2 the 16-year-old Griffin High School honor roll student was at a graduation party
