Mehta had been sending his ex-girlfriend Kumari threatening emails and had been planning the attack for several days.
Alternative theory: Cover story is domestic violence. But this smells like pattern of violence against Indians, usually shootings of Indian men by racists, but cover story is domestic violence instead of xenophobia.
