April 23, 2017 Mcdonalds Road Rage Shooting of Bystander Marine Veteran Justin N. Lampkins crime: shooting bystander road rage killed: 1 Justin N. Lampkins, 25, was shot outside the Bedford Indiana McDonald's. A truck honked his horn, and then left the scene. Then in apparent road rage rather than pursuing the honking driver, he reached in and punched bystander Lampkins, who got out of the car and then was senselessly shot in the chest. Lampkins was a Marine veteran who served four years as a Marine.  Bedford police stopped the and arrested suspect Evan Schaffer, 22 for murder after using a Taser.

(alternative theory: was it just a setup for gunning down a random victim with an unclear motive?)
