July 30, 2017 Los Angeles Van Accidentally Hits Car Plows Into Diners on Sidewalk 8 injured In Los Angeles, a driver apparently accidentally drove through a red light, hit a car and then jumped the curb and drove onto a sidewalk full of diners at the Fish Spot restaurant. The driver emerged appearing to be disoriented. Police believe the crash was an accident and not a deliberate terrorist attack like the kind seen in Europe and Israel.
